Note: According to the program's terms, there is an obligation to retain ownership of real estate or assets based on which citizenship was obtained for a period of 3 years.

Some amendments have been made to the "citizenship for investment" program, which will take effect on January 1, 2023. Previously, it was possible to obtain citizenship based on a fractional share in a TAPU with a sufficient value, but under the new rules, only TAPUs owned by a single individual will be accepted. When applying for citizenship based on a notarized contract, only one contract with the required amount will be considered for obtaining citizenship.

After fulfilling the investment requirements, citizenship can be obtained for the entire family (mother, father, and minor children).
