Real Estate Agency MyAntalya guarantees the integrity of each transaction's property. Before finalizing a transaction, we meticulously review all documents, which are essential attachments to the sales contract. The following document package is appended to the sales contract:

Title Deed (TAPU): The sole document confirming property rights. This document is issued immediately after the official transfer of rights is signed at the Cadastre Directorate.

ISKAN (Habitation Certificate): Confirms the building's completion and compliance with the approved project by the municipality and required Turkish legislative standards. The ISKAN is obtained by the construction company from the municipality for the entire property.

Construction Company Document Package (Chamber of Commerce registration, tax office registration, power of attorney for legal entity signature rights, personal identification)

MyAntalya Agency Document Package (real estate activity license, Chamber of Commerce registration, tax office registration, power of attorney for legal entity signature rights, personal identification)

For property acquisition in Turkey, the only required documents are your international passport and ID. All other necessary documents will be provided by our manager during the process (tax number, bank account, notarized passport translation, color photograph, transaction application, and property appraisal). ID is needed to register your residential address when opening a bank account.
